Saturday December 14 - Trilogy Holiday Performance!

You're in for a treat on Saturday evening, December 14, if you stop by to see Trilogy. The band informed us yesterday that they have decided to depart from their usual traditional folk music, and will be putting on a special show stopping and festive Holiday Concert. You won't want to miss the kazoo sing along! Please join us for an evening of merry music and singing and bells-a-ringing!

Also - remember to also stop by tonight as well (Friday) to hear some great Chilean songs, and some tranditional folk songs performed by Claudia, Myrna and Maia.

The General Store welcomes our fantastic new chef !

In next week's newsletter we will be introducing our new chef who is in the process of taking over all the evening (and most of the catering) duties at the General Store. Even though the official announcement will be next week, you can come by this weekend and get a sneak preview of Jim's fantastic cooking!

Weekend Studio Tour Reminder - Cafe Open on Sunday 9am - 3pm

We're Open this Sunday from 9am-3pm for the Chatham Studio Tour. Stop in for lunch while you make the rounds of the various Chatham artists, or simply come by to relax, read the paper and check out some of our new retail items that might be just the right gift for someone special in your life !

Announcing the General Store Café New Year's Eve Bash 2002 / 2003 !

Come celebrate New Year's Eve with us! We will serve an exquisite meal for those with the discriminating palate. Trilogy will play from 8pm to 9pm and Shabda Shruti will welcome in the New Year playing from 9pm-12:30am! Details of this event will be provided in the next newsletter. Stay tuned!

The General Store Café appreciates any feedback, suggestions or comments you may have as to how we can fulfill your expectations. Your comments are important, please allow 24-48 hours to receive a response.

BREAKFAST & LUNCH : The café is open Mon-Friday 7:30 am - 3:00 pm (lunch 11:30 am - 2:30 pm) and on Saturday 9:00 am - 2:30 pm.

DINNER & MUSIC : We reopen Thursday - Saturday nights serving dinner from 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm, with live music from 7:30 pm - 10:00 pm. Sundays we normally rest, except this upcoming Sunday, December 15, when we are open from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm.
